This is the country’s first and extremely successful Satellite Township consisting of over 4000 apartments, two shopping malls and office blocks, schools, mosques, wide internal roads, open spaces, landscaped gardens, and all support facilities the project even boasts its own sewage treatment (Aqua Bio Compact) plants which were installed to ensure and preserve a pollution-free environment.

Lake City Concord is located in Khilkhet, only 20 minutes from Baridhara Diplomatic Zone and 15 minutes from the airport.

All the buildings in this project have been constructed using RCBM (Reinforced Concrete Block Masonry) technology which is more earth-quake resistant than conventionally built buildings. RCBM technology was used for the first time in Bangladesh in this project.

Lake City Concord buildup by using concrete blocks and allied construction materials which are much more environmentally friendly than clay burnt products.

Concord is the only developer in the country to have set up a full-fledged pollution-free satellite city – Lake City Concord.
