Mario Kart Wii originally was slated to be the most represented retro game in the Booster Course Pass, but what we ended up with was even more than we could've imagined. While I think it is good that a popular game is well represented, I think it is a good time to remind everyone that there are still a lot of fans of other games in the series. So no, this is not an attack of the courses they selected. I just think the selections could've been more balanced.

There's no grand conclusion to this video, because the title gives away my thoughts already. So we're going to talk about the last 2 years of DLC, how our expectations were subverted, how seemingly every new wave brought more indication that a Wii takeover was imminent, and how we ended up in this timeline to begin with.
