Dr. Megan Clayton of Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service discusses some techniques landowners can employ to evaluate the quality of wildlife habitat on their property and productivity of forage in their pastures and fields. Nest clump surveys, cover surveys, grass stubble height surveys, and forage surveys are demonstrated.
