Hey friends. We are in the Las Perlas Islands, in the eastern Gulf of Panama.
Settling into cruising once again has been just wonderful and the hot topic of conversation has been about where we will go next, though it feels great to pump the brakes, and the beautiful beaches of the Pearl islands make slowing down after all the go go go, much easier. In fact it’s hard to be on the computer at all when they are constantly beckoning us from outside our windows. And so the bigger question of where in the Pacific Ocean will we go can wait, because for now the only thing we have to worry about is the shoreline to explore, critters to look at, and our diesel engine running a little hotter than usual. In fact, our new friends Becka and Zach aboard Teulu whom we just met have their own YouTube channel and are sharing their own up and down experiences of this lifestyle (namely their recent engine issues). You never know what someone else is dealing with, and these stressful, sometimes potentially dangerous situations can take a toll on your state of mind, but our gratitude for all that we have and all that we are privileged enough to be doing is present with us on a daily basis. We are also grateful for all of you out there watching our videos. Thank you for being interested in our stories, and for being here with us wherever you may be. That being said, if you’re new here, hit that subscribe, and welcome to Sailing Seawind! ❤️
