INGREDIENTS

Flour 780g
Milk 500ml
Yeast 10g
Salt 12g
Sugar 80g
Butter 75g
Egg 2 piece
Oil 30g


egg yolk (lubrication) - 18 g = 1 pc.
milk (lubrication) - 5 ml


🌡 Temperature and ⏲ Baking time:
180 °C - 30-35 minutes or until golden
