Kylian Mbappe was forced to leave the field during France’s opening Euro 2024 match against Austria after sustaining a serious nose injury while attempting a header late in the game.

Mbappe went up for a header late in the second half, but only succeeded in accidentally head-butting Kevin Danso's shoulder.
