Tape of instrumentals, some of which date back years, meant to equally provoke dance and inspire thought. I’m tired of hoarding music. The more things change, the more they seem to stay the same. I still think about you sometimes. After all these years, I’m still chasing after my own Utterances of the Heart/Love Letter in an Unbreakable Bottle. I’ll get there one day, that much I’m sure of. There’s so much I wish I could go back and tell that kid, that naive kid whose mind was so blown by those mcDJ tapes. Funny how things work out sometimes.
