يعد هذا السوق من أقدم الأسواق في مشهد. وكذلك الوفود الدينية التي جاءت إلى مشهد للحزن والتعب في الطريق. قبل دخول مرقد الإمام الرضا عليه السلام ، يغتسلون في الحمامات في بداية السوق. سوق سرشور مفتوح. من أشهر الحمامات في حي سرشور حمام مهدي غولي بيك.
يقع هذا السوق على الجانب الأيسر من  شارع خسروي نو  . ومن هناك سمي هذا الحي سرشور لأنهم اعتادوا الذهاب إلى الحمامات هناك. القوافل والزوار الذين وصلوا على الطريق غسلوا رؤوسهم وأجسادهم في حمامات تلك المنطقة ثم ذهبوا في زيارة إلى الإمام الرضا عليه السلام
يباع في هذا السوق كل شي تقريبا الملابس والكماليات والأعشاب والفواكه والخضر والزعفران وغيرها الكثير والمطاعم موجودة والفنادق
