I printed out this Gisi pen blank mold which is meant to be filled with different coloured resin but now that i have made a silicone mold out of the 3D pen blank i can now cast as many as I like in hundreds of different colours!

Big thanks to my brother in-law for printing this out for me!

I used alumilite amazing clear cast resin to make the gisi 3d pen blank mold, and pearl ex powder to make the copper and blue colours,

The bits for the MDF mold measure

Bottom: 125mm x 87mm
Sides : 125mm x 35mm
Short sides: 50mm x 35mm

And i packed the 3D printed mold up witha 2mm piece of MDF
