Puerto Rico has a rich surfing history. Here is the cream of the crop of Puerto Rican surfers in the winter of '67-'68 at a Bridges. A surf spot in the town of Aquadilla. Also visiting Floridian Kim Neilson spending the Winter there drops in for a couple of waves.
