After arriving in Uttam Nagar via a taxi 7x the normal price, I was immediately called over by a friendly local selling watches asking me to take his video! He showed me his watches and other friendly locals slowly started gathering around to see what the commotion was all about with an American speaking Hindi. The interaction was both fun and simple. This is why I love learning languages, because you really get to know the people of a country.

After chatting and joking for a while, I decided to buy one of the man's watches since he was so nice. I already have a watch I normally wear but the man was too nice and enthusiastic to not purchase something. After asking for his opinion, he decided that the light brown leather watch would be a good fit for my skin color. I obliged on his offer, and got the watch for 500 INR, or just over $6 USD.

After that, I asked them for directions to a shop called Pizza on Wheels which was supposed to be famous in the area. I wandered around for a while but couldn't find it. While wandering around I met a nice gentleman from Agra who had watched my India videos from the previous trip. We had a nice chat.

After that, since I didn't have a SIM card yet, I decided to call it quits looking for the shop and catch the metro to Moti Nagar to try some fish pakoda, coming in the next video.
