Ok Guys! I have had a LOT of pizza everywhere and so many are outrageously good, however there is something about the magical mix of N'duja (spicy Calabrese pork sausage) and burette that is the kiss of the gods. Fuoco Matto in Florence nails it with this Calabrese masterpiece.
