Gabe pulled up in his van and I though the brakes were on fire... I coudn't have been more wrong. Turns out his alternator shorted itself internally and we we're moments from watching it turn into a fireball before we ripped the battery cables off. Today we've got to fix his 2012 Volkswagen Routan, and get it back to being the ideal work and people moving machine.
