In this video I tackle the task of rebuilding the two flip-up headlight assemblies for my C5 Corvette. Both assemblies had stripped gears, which prevented them from "flipping-up" correctly. In addition there was a decent amount of rust/corrosion on some of the pieces so I decided to completely strip, repaint, and rebuild the entire assemblies!
