This film blew me away! All Quiet on the Western Front follows a young German soldier named Paul Baumer, as he traverses his way through the trenches during World War I. This film is brutal, it's most certainly anti-war, and it's a solid depiction of combat during the first World War. We have many films that center around World War II, but not many on Wolrd War I. Based on the novel by Erich Maria Remarque.
