This visceral poetry that borders on obsession is presented through a union of gospel inspired harmony, loop based guitar and UK house rhythm.The result is a soulful Benga-Pop House track that leaves us itching to tell our mothers to stop praying for us, someone’s got it. Written by the legendary Eric Wainaina and the prodigy Vini Ngugi of the brand new act Television, the tune exploits Eric’s soulfulness and explodes on Vini’s assertive four-to-the-floor chorus. The track is produced by Rushab Nandha and Eric Wainaina and features the exceptional guitar work of the maestro Benjamin Kabaseke.
