In this video, I share my insights as to what is the most important thing that Mr Beast has concentrated on to grow his business and Youtube channel to the heights it sees today.

Mr Beast, aka Jimmy Donaldson, has been making Youtube video's since he was just 11 but since the age of around 15 it has been his obsession.

He has one simple goal and motivation: to make the best video's he possibly can. And, lets be honest, I think his video's are pretty darn great. He knows how to capture the audience, how to entertain, and how to contribute to society in a way others don't.

I think if all small business owners concentrate all of their effort on becoming the best they possibly can, the best business person, the best yoga instructor or video creator or blogger, then I think this will lead to success in the long term. Is it easy though? We need to stay 100% focused for the long term, I'm not sure many can do this, can you?
