Ingredients
100g sake lees (leftovers from Japanese sake production)
200g cream cheese
80g beet sugar
2 egg yolks
100ml heavy cream

4 prunes soaked in sake
A little of the liquor in which the prunes were soaked
5 slices sponge cake

A dash of cocoa powder
