This is a brief video of how to install a set of HID lights on a Nissan Altima, it also works as a reference for 2007-12 Altima's, 2008+ Maxima's, Infiniti, Chevrolet, BMW and other makes and models with the light assembly access via the fender wheel well instead of the Engine Bay.
Note that I only removed the front tires to better show the inside of where you'll be working. You don't have to remove the tires to perform the light bulb upgrade.
Simply turn the wheel out to the side where you are working on (ex: turn the tire all the way to the left if you are replacing the left side bulbs, and all the way to the right if that's the side you're replacing bulbs on).
This works for the headlight, fog lamp, and side marker bulbs.
