Absolutely love “Right Now” by Nick Jonas and Robin Schulz! Amazing choreography by Katie Elizabeth targeting small muscle groups. Excellent way to tone your arms and create beautiful lean muscle mass. Grab SMALL weights 2-3lbs max or if you don't have weights handy - grab 2 water bottles. Also, if this gets really intense feel free to drop your weights and go without them. Get ready to DANCE, PULSE, SWEAT and HAVE FUN!!!
