Taiko Kai, meaning “taiko club,” was founded in February 2013 by sisters Kim, Kellie, and Jaymi Matsudaira at the University of Washington, Seattle. Led by current UW students, the club teaches individuals to play taiko (太鼓) and spreads awareness of Japanese culture in the Seattle community. Taiko Kai is pleased to present our 6th annual Spring Concert: Nintaiko Sports!
