Making a knifehandle out of pants and a shirt is easier than you might think. In this video I'm making an EveryDay Carry knife (EDC), with handlescales made out of fabric and epoxy resin pressed together.
Steel: 1.2003 / 75Cr1 / 1075 + Cr
Tempered: 200°C (392 °F) for 1h ≈ 59-60 HRC
Weight: 92 g / 3.24 oz
Finish: Blade: 400 grit sandpaper
Handlescales: CA Glue 1000 through 5000, then buffing compound
