Rasmalai is one of my all-time favorite recipes. But the process is not as simple as we think. We need to prepare cottage cheese balls and dip in into rabadi. Here is the tweaked version to make instant rasmalai using bread. Instead of cottage cheese balls, bread slices are used for soaking in saffron flavored thick milk (rabadi). It’s then garnished with chopped nuts. It tastes really good and this is an ideal Indian dessert recipe that can be easily served to guests. I am sure that even kids would love it.
