►Beginning of this video is a fussily baby clams rice meal on the “Con Hen” – where this food was born. The ingredient for making baby clams rice are sometimes more than 20 types. Firstly, put in bottom a little grated colocasia gigantea, then put a spoon of cold rice on, then add some stir-fried peanuts, star fruit, unripe banana, crispy fried pork skin, Hue tiny shrimp sauce, annatto seeds oil, minced banana flowers etc., and top on with a lot of fragrant stir-fried baby clams meat. A baby clams rice bowl will be served with a cup of boiled baby clams soup, eating a spicy spoonful of baby clams rice, drink hot boiled baby clams soup, there is nothing more interesting to start a day of exploring Hue. (Hoa Dong shop is the shop Khoai usually eat most, be careful because there are lots of shops on the Con Hen with similar name, very easy to mistake)

►Spring roll with sour pickled shrimp and boiled meat.
4 pm, next to Kho Ren bridge along An Cuu riverside. The most people here are all familiar with the image of Me Hanh next to her sour pickled shrimp roll shop. Water spinach, lettuce, potato, and vermicelli will be rolled up in a thin layer of soft cake. (10,000 VND per dish, take away will be wrapped in banana leaves like wrapping sticky rice, Me also sells tapioca dumpling cake)

►That evening, I went to Toa Kham boat terminal, I bought tickets to go on the boat, listen to the Hue song while watching the poetic Huong River at night. Tickets will be from 80,000-120,000 VND, remember negotiating if they give too high prices. After finishing the boat, don't forget to try a bread next to Truong Tien Bridge, only 8,000-12,000 VND. The bread is pretty small, just enough for a delicious dinner. (If you eat at here, you should ask seller to grill bread to be crispy, it will be more delicious. Because the inside meat ball and grilled meat are slightly sweet, so if you don't like eating sweet, be attention to order other thing.)
