As someone who lives with multiple chronic illnesses, including POTS, EDS, fibromyalgia, and other chronic pain / fatigue, it can be so tricky to deal with mental health on top of physical health symptoms. I have been living with depression and anxiety. And although I am working with a therapist, and many other things to help my mental health, I needed extra help. I decided to try antidepressants and it was a great decision for me!
I am currently taking Duloxetine (Cymbalta) and Trazadone.
