This is Mara Jade, while I'm aware she's a character in a Star Wars book a long time ago, I wanted to tell my own version of her story. It's something I've wanted to make for a long time now, and what you see in the video is Scene 1 and 2 out of the 74 currently written. Making this animation took 4 months, taught me how to direct voice actors, work with sound designers and taught me proper camera placement and scene building. It's what I want to do with my life and I can't wait to get started on Part 2.

This is my very first animated short and I've made this all on my own using my call center job as funding. As a result of extremely small budget, I used every ounce of spare time I had to teach myself everything from modeling to texturing to animation across Blender, Unreal Engine and Substance Painter. The process to get where I am took 2 years and was inspired by the success of Astartes, which was also done by just 1 person. The only things I didn't do are credited below.

Things are slow in making all of this and until I can turn this into a full time job and invest in proper equipment like a Rokoko suit it'll continue to be slow but this is what I want to do with my life and I'm going to keep doing my best to make more. I hope it's something you all like and want to see more of.
