I have looked behind all the scenes, into every corner, and have emerged out of it a deep admirer for the systematic training that Su Bing Tian has gone through. His training is directed by Chinese Athletics Head Coach, Randy Huntington, in Beijing China. Their training uses all sorts of tools to overcome any barrier in developing running speed. It includes: 1080sprint computer, pneumatic resistance, wearable resistance, upper body lifts, standard barbell lifts, activator belts. Everything used is to get this athlete to run faster than 9.91 in the 100m! More special to me is that this athlete has exposed the intolerability of the unchallenged notion that short, and Asian athletes, can't run fast. This self-limiting and damaging ethos is now revised, by a merger of coaching brilliance (Randy and SBT's previous and current support staff) as well as the athlete's performance on the big stage. Enjoy this training montage for the fastest Asian sprinter.

*I included a Keiser Bulgarian Squat from one of the emerging sprinters 梁劲生 as I thought it was a Keiser exercise that inserted well into this montage of training.
