👩‍💼: the plan for NewJeans to perform at University festivals has been planned for a long time since we have to communicate with the Uni’s before
👩‍💼: There are still many people who want to meet NewJeans and since we can’t hold a concert yet the only way was through uni festivals
👩‍💼: University students provide a really good energy & the members are also able to receive this positive energy
👩‍💼: Since we’re preparing a World Tour we will need a lot of practice on stage and the closest experience to performing on stages like Lollapalooza/Coachella are uni festivals
👩‍💼: There are a lot of people who will misunderstand that we’re going to these festivals just for the money and i don’t want to be misunderstood
👩‍💼: At these festivals it’s for fan service and it improves the members skills too and we can promote our new songs
