Purgatoire Campground is located at an elevation of 9700 feet in the San Isabel National Forest. 22 Campsites plus a camp host are located in 2 loops near the headwaters of the Purgatoire River.
Sites 11-13 and 15-17 are equestrian sites that can accommodate horse trailers. The North Fork Trail runs north out of the campground and travels over 6 miles to the Blue Lake Campground and can also be used to access Trinchera Peak ➢ Subscribe to this channel:    / @campgroundrecon
