Working in Buffalo for a little while and Duff's is the first stop on what I like to call, "The Buffalo Tour". This tour includes hitting up Duff's, The Anchor Bar, Gabriel's Gate and Bar-Bill. The first 2 restaurants are the two spots that both claim to have created the "Buffalo Wing". I'll give them each their fair share of credit, but the 2nd 2 are what I like to call "fan favorites" or places that have been HIGHLY recommended to me by MULTIPLE people.
