How to make a delicious dinner by campfire.

Ingredients:
1 Lemon, Sliced
1 Tablespoon Chives, Finely Chopped
1 Fresh Corn, Cut into 5-6 Sections
1.5 lbs. Baby Red Potatoes, Quartered
1/2 Yellow Onion, Sliced into rounds
3-4 Teaspoons Minced Garlic, Separated
1-2 Tablespoons Olive or Vegetable Oil
Garlic Salt
Paprika
Cayenne Pepper
12 oz. Cooked Smoked Sausage, Sliced into rounds
12 oz. Cleaned, Raw Shrimp

Directions:
1. Divide the lemon slices, chives, corn sections, chopped potatoes, and onion slices evenly between 3-4 foil packets. Add about 1 teaspoon of minced garlic to each packet. Drizzle with oil or add 1-2 tablespoons of butter to each packet. Season with garlic salt, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Close the foil packets, add another sheet of foil around them if needed to secure it.
2. Place packets on hot embers or close to the burning fire but not directly on it. Cook for 15 minutes, flipping the packets over halfway through cooking time. Carefully open each packet. Divide the sliced sausage and shrimp evenly between the packets. Close the packets again, and return to the fire. Cook another 15 minutes or until vegetables have softened, flipping the packets over halfway through cooking time.
