Star Citizen 3.24 just released, and with it came the anticipated hauling and cargo management update. Originally, when I got into Star Citizen I wanted to be a bounty hunter. But when I did my first cargo trade back when they first introduced cargo terminals I fell in love with the idea of space trucking. However, the process back then and for a long time until this point was largely a point and click adventure. Land, click the button to teleport cargo into the hold or sell it. Rinse and repeat. With 3.24 the entire process is either automatic (at capital cities with a timer) or manual as you will need to utilize your tractor beams aboard the ship or handheld ones to move and store the cargo.

This change has been incredible as it really dials in the immersion of buying and selling cargo, or being contracted delivery agent. In this video I do a simple non commentated playthough of the new cargo hauling missions.
