This video demonstrates how to make and insert corner splines into picture frames or small boxes using a radial arm saw. Using a sled, the radial arm saw is ideal for cutting the slots for corner splines. Unlike a jig used with a table saw or router table, the frames conveniently lie flat on the RAS table. It's a very easy and safe way to cut corner spline slots. This is a follow-up to my previous videos on making picture frames with my radial arm saw:
