Easy Delicious Pasta Made in Your Convection Steam Oven - No Pre-Cooking Pasta - Raw Pasta Cooks in Steam Oven !
Ingredients/supplies:
16 oz rigatoni
16 oz. cooked chicken sausage (or whatever preferred meat or meat substitute)
4 oz chopped pepperoni
48 oz pasta sauce
16 oz giardiniera
4 oz pepperoncini
1 med onion
1 c mozzarella pearls
1 c shaved parmesan
3 c shredded mozzarella provolone
1 c water
Mix all ingredients above together in large bowl (EXCEPT for 2 c of the mozzarella provolone – save those 2 cups of cheese for later).
Place Pasta Bake in Casserole Dish - then place in CSO Level 2 - Wire Rack
Convection Humid Mode - 375 degrees for 45 minutes – when 45 minutes has passed, then add the final 2 cups of cheese to the top of the pasta bake and place back in the oven for about 10-15 minutes (or when the cheese is sufficiently browned).
