HISTORY OF THE AL-FATHU SOREANG MOSQUE WITNESSES THE FOUNDING OF THE CAPITAL OF BANDUNG DISTRICT

Al-Fathu Great Mosque Inspired by the Prophet's Hijrah from Mecca to Medina, the Al-Fathu Great Mosque in Bandung Regency was built around 1985 in Soreang District, coinciding with the move of the capital of Bandung Regency from Baleendah to Soreang. This was done based on the agreement of the ulama and umaro of Bandung Regency at that time, based on the emigration of Rasulullah SAW from Mecca to Medina where the first building erected was the Quba Mosque.
