As promised, today Iβm sharing this bread recipe that Iβve been testing out at home for a while now. Iβm so happy to be in my making bread era right now, come join me! =)

Recipe:
2 cups room temperature water
2 tbs Active dry yeast
Pinch of sugar (activates yeast)
Wait 5-10 minutes for it to foam
Add 3 1/4 cups of All purpose flour
Salt to taste
Mix (don't over mix)
Let it sit in a warm place for at least 30 mins, wait for it to rise
Bake at 425 degrees fahrenheit for 22 minutes or until the crust is golden brown

I got this recipe from Malida Djerfs Instagram account. Someone converted the recipe to measurements I can understand in the comments.
What attracted me to this recipe is that you donβt need a ton of ingredients just all purpose flour or bread flour, yeast, water, salt and sugar. If you donβt count the salt and sugar itβs literally water, flour, and yeast.
How simple is that.
