曾經因為比較高低 在乎得失而煩惱
Once because of fearing the comparison of high and low, gains and losses

直到想起 古木與碧草 百花與綠葉始終相襯無比較
Until we remember there is never a comparison among the ancient trees and green grass, flowers and green leaves

才將自己解放出來
Only then we are able to liberate ourselves

是大自然的教導 改變了我們的人生
It is the teaching of the nature that changed our lives

在大自然裡我找到幸福的答案
Within the nature, I have found the answer to happiness

在大自然裡我嚐到幸福的喜悅
Within the nature, I have tasted the joy of happiness

能在得與失中始終利益他人才是光榮
If we could still benefit others within the course of gains and losses, this is glorious

能在榮和辱中仍不傷害他人才算成功
If we could refrain from harming others within the course of honour and slander, this is a success

能在吉跟凶中不失本分才是真正光明
If we are able not to lose our true self within the course of luck and unfortunate, this is the true clarity

不再問境遇如何 而問存心為何
Ask not the situation, but do ask the intention of the heart

心存自然 心與慈母相依
When it is natural, the heart will be in unison with God
