'Daughters' is a call for women to remember their inherent connection to the elements and reignite their relationship with nature. This song was channeled by a river at the Temple of Huachuma in Chavin de Huantar, Peru and came from the recognition that the earth is longing for women's presence - she misses us. That the earth needs women to commune with her elements as much as women need to be connected to nature in order to be whole. Through the elements, we return to our true nature - the wild, raw beauty & power that is the divine feminine.
