The all-new Mahindra Thar is here and we’ve driven it on Mumbai’s roads for a quick impression. We have tested the soft-top convertible with a brand new 2-litre turbo-petrol engine mated to the 6-speed automatic transmission. It’s also available with a factory-fitted hard top, the 2.2-litre diesel and overall the new Thar is a massively improved with a modern cabin, forward facing rear seats and all the creature comforts one would expect.
