1.Please check whether the charging base is powered on
2.Remove the side brushes covering the charging pins
3.Wipe charging pins of the charging base and robot vacuum
4.Attach the Robot Vacuum to the Charging Base by aligning its charging pins with the charging pins on the base
5.Orange light flashes and voice prompts when charging successfully
