Chocolate mousse dessert
Ingredients:
Gelatin 8 g.
Water 30 ml.
Milk 100 ml.
Chocolate 200 g.
Yogurt 250 ml.
Pour gelatin with water, stir and set aside until it swells. Pour milk into a bowl. Melt the chocolate and pour into the milk. Mix the mass well. Add yogurt and stir until smooth. Heat the swollen gelatin a little and pour it into the mass, mix and fill the prepared form. Place in the refrigerator until hardened. Bon appetit.
