I only have vague notions when I hit record (a key, effects settings, and half-formed ideas of what plates I want to spin), but this one pleasantly turned into something I wasn't expecting, probably from some indecision in the first minute.

This video is part of an ongoing series of improvised performances with guitar and effects by High Street Ghosts using a portable set up. For the curious, the signal chain from the guitar is a pedalboard (two gain stages, currently Benson Preamp and Hudson Broadcast, EHX Freeze, Boredbrain Transmutron with MTL Assemby CT5, EQD Night Wire, and Jam Delay Llama Deluxe on a crossfade loop, into a Poly Beebo for the looper and cab IR) to the mixer, with 1010 Blackbox and Eventide H9 on aux sends.
