How to install a Bolt Lock with the Milwaukee Door Lock Installation Kit. In this short how-to video we are going to install a security bolt lock using the Milwaukee Door lock installation kit and Ryobi Latch Plate recess cutter. The Milwaukee kit come with two hole saws. The kit is adjustable for both 2 3/8 and 2/34" backsets. The backset is the distance from the edge of the door to the center of the door knob hole. The Milwaukee kit not only guide the 2 1/2 " hole saw at a perfect 90 degree angle but also has a unique self centering feature which centers the 1" hole guide on the doors edge.
