Yesterday marked 50 years since the release of Deep Purple's "Burn" album, which introduced two new members to the now famous Mark 3 line up: Glenn Hughes and David Coverdale. In honour of this event we share with you all four surviving demo recordings from Coverdale's only band prior to joining Purple, the short-lived "The Government":
