Wichtige Informationen zu den Drohnenaufnahmen
Bitte beachten Sie, dass für ca. 80% der hier gezeigten Aufnahmen spezielle Fluggenehmigungen benötigt werden, die vom BAZL (Luftfahrtbehörde Schweiz) ausgestellt werden müssen. Einige Flüge, die zum Zeitpunkt der Aufnahmen noch möglich waren sind aufgrund neuer Gesetzgebung nicht mehr möglich (Alpstein Flugverbot). Sondergenehmigungen sowie die Präsenz eines Air Zermatt Guides waren es auch, welche die Aufnahmen in der Region Zermatt über und an den Hohen Bergen überhaupt möglich gemacht haben. Gerade in diesen Bergen um Zermatt sind Hubschrauber praktisch ständig in der Luft. Ich hatte einen Bergführer und AirZermatt Helfer dabei, welcher die Flugzentrale über jeden einzelnen Flug per Funk informierte und so die Leitzentrale ständig über die aktuelle Position der Drohne informiert war. Die Gesetze werden ständig angepasst und bald folgt das Europäische Drohnengesetz, welches dem Gesetzespluralismus bald Einhalt gebieten wird. Zum Schutze der Piloten sowie Passagiere UND damit das Fliegen von Multicoptern/Drohnen auch weiterhin möglich sein wird. Sondergenehmigungen für Filmshootings oder sonstige Aufnahmen können bei Skyguide Special Flight Office resp. dem nahegelegenen Flughafen/Flugplatz beantragt werden. Damit die Sicht zur Drohne jederzeit gewährleistet werden konnte, war das Besteigen von gut gelegenen Bergen sowie der Einsatz mit dem Hubschrauber notwendig.

ATTENTION - DRONE REGULATIONS
Please note that for around 80% of the images shown here, special flight permits are required, which must be issued by the FOCA (Swiss Aviation Authority). Some flights that were still possible at the time of the recordings are no longer possible due to new legislation (Alpstein flight ban). It was also special permits that made the recordings in the Zermatt region above and on the high mountains possible at all. Especially in these mountains around Zermatt, helicopters are practically always in the air. I had a mountain guide and AirZermatt helper with me, who informed the flight control center about every single flight by radio and so the control center was constantly informed about the current position of the drone. The laws are constantly being adapted and the European Drone Act will soon follow, which will soon put a stop to legal pluralism. To protect pilots and passengers AND so that flying multicopters / drones will continue to be possible. Special permits for film shootings or other recordings can be obtained from Skyguide Special Flight Office or at the nearby airport / airfield.
