hi friends! here’s what happens on an average wednesday in my life at uchicago as a social work graduate student. let me know if you want more of (what i consider) a relatively mundane life :D well i guess rover brings me lots of spontaneity lol idk

tomato and egg recipe:
1. tomato and egg ratio: one more egg than number of tomatoes (i used 3 tomatoes and 4 eggs)
2. slice and dice tomatoes
3. beat eggs (optional: add salt, pepper, and cream)
4. scramble eggs on medium to low heat
5. remove eggs from pan, add diced tomatoes and cook on medium heat for 2-3 mins
6. add ketchup to tomatoes
7. add in scrambled eggs and simmer on low for 3-5 mins. add some water if it looks dry
8. add salt, sugar, pepper, sesame oil to taste (or green onions!)
