cscript ospp.vbs /setprt:1688
cscript ospp.vbs /unpkey:6F7TH +nul (6F7TH: diganti dengan 4 digit terakhir Produk Key yang sesuai dengan versi dan produk Microsoft Officenya. Tanda + diganti dengan simbol tanda lebih besar).
cscript ospp.vbs /inpkey:FXYTK-NJJ8C-GB6DW-3DYQT-6F7TH (Contoh untuk Product Key Microsoft Office 2021 Professional)
cscript ospp.vbs /sethst:xxx.xxx.xx.x (xxx:Diganti dengan nama KMS host/server/IP address)
cscript ospp.vbs /act

Jika berhasil akan muncul notifikasi "Product activation successful"
