Like many businesses, my businesses have ground to a halt since mid-March when COVID-19 shut down most businesses. Two months ago, I would have never thought we would be working with a former White House chef making pizza to be picked up at one of my courses. Less than two week in, we have a fully operational pizza business due to the creativity and hard work from our team.
