Kaiser Peak is located within the Sierra National Forest in the Kaiser Wilderness. This is one of my favorite trails to hike in the area. Kaiser Peak is at an elevation on 10,300 feet and is about 11 miles up and back. I started this hike at around 530 am in mid May. The weather was perfect and the trail only had a few sections of snow up towards the peak. My Australian Shepherd (Shaver) joined me on this hike. He loves the outdoors and hiking in one of his favorite activities.
