Mindru Katz passed away on stage, while playing Beethoven‘s ‘Tempest’ Sonata during a recital at the Ataturk Cultural Center in Istanbul-January 30th 1978, at the age of 52. This performance was recorded by TRT, in Black & White, Ankara-January 27th , 1978.
